Is your Tiger interested in joining the Spirit Club? If so, please complete the permission form (attached, but was also sent home with students last week) and return it to Mrs. Cochrane with your payment.
Need a form, have your Tiger see Mrs. Cochrane in Rm 112 to get a new one.
Forms and payment due by 9/25 in order to get tee shirts in time for the first club on 10/6.
